Visual anatomy & craft review
Chunky Bouncy is a playful bouncy bubble sans with heart-counter forms: fat rounded stems, letters that hop above and below the baseline and a heart cut into the bowl of the O, with a cradle shape under the U and Y that reads as a small cup. The hop grows the word vertically and the heart closes first. It needs roughly 28 mm for the heart counter and the hop to read, and it is best in two soft inks on white, or one ink plus a knockout on a pale ground.

A bouncy bubble sans with heart counters announces a warm party through the lettering alone. The hop holds at 44 mm on a topper, and two soft inks print the invite and the labels as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 8 mm counter clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Bag label 80 x 50 mm, word 14 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 80 x 50 mm bag label at 14 mm closes the heart counter into a dot and the greeting reads as a blob. Raise the label word to 20 mm, and print one label before the batch.
A heart-counter sans carries the sentiment inside the lettering rather than beside it. The heart holds at 26 mm on a card, and two soft inks print the card, the seal and the band in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Card A6, greeting 26 mm with 8 mm heart clearance, note 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Seal label 38 mm round, word 7 mm, 3 mm die margin. Ribbon band 200 x 30 mm, word 9 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 38 mm seal at 7 mm loses the heart entirely under wax. Use an initial only on the seal, and pour one seal before the batch.
A bouncy soft display reads as a celebration award rather than a worksheet heading, which is what a primary wall wants. The heart holds at 140 mm on a display, and two soft inks print the display and the stickers in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Display 1200 x 400 mm, letters 160 mm with 12 mm counter clearance, 20 mm margins. Name card 105 x 75 mm, name 18 mm, 5 mm margins. Reward sticker 50 mm round, word 10 mm, 3 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
At 18 mm on a name card the hop closes the counters and the name reads as a soft bar after a term of handling. Raise cards to 24 mm and laminate them, and make one before the class set.
