Outlined bubble letters with soft uniform contours in solid and hollow cuts
Bubble Pinks is a bubble display in both solid and hollow cuts in which the counters stay generous, the contours run smooth and the outline keeps an even weight, so a multi-word title stays light and legible rather than turning into a solid mass.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The B stacks two round bowls, the p opens a large counter, the k splays two rounded arms and the S holds a soft spine, all at a heavy bubble weight with a uniform outline and fully rounded ends. The even outline is the character: it lets a hollow cut hold a long phrase where a filled bubble face would clot, which is why the sample sets letters in outline with a pale shadow. Because the outline is one weight throughout, the hollow cut needs 40 pt before the contour reads as intended and the solid cut holds from 30 pt. The pastel ground, the shadow layer and the small caption are presentation; the outlined letters are the face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Bubble Pinks’s stroke geometry.
The hollow cut keeps a bubble face readable at 50 mm, and the even outline holds up on a printed sign printed in two colours on matte stock.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 sign: set the word at 50 mm in the hollow cut, keep the outline at 2 mm, and keep 20 mm of border so the round ends stay inside the sheet.
Pre-production check
An outline printed under 1.5 mm closes when the sign is laminated; check the finished piece and keep the contour at 2 mm.
The nineties bubble suits a party banner, and the generous counters keep a two-word phrase clear at 70 mm on an A3 sheet.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A3 banner: set the phrase at 70 mm on one row, keep 24 mm of border on every side, and print the hollow cut over a pale shadow offset by 4 mm.
Pre-production check
A shadow offset over 6 mm reads as a misregistration; check the proof and hold the offset to 4 mm.
The hollow cut makes a light sticker at small size, and the uniform contour keeps the die-cut letters whole at 30 mm on white stock.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 mm die-cut sticker: set the word at 30 mm in the hollow cut, keep 4 mm of clear vinyl around the contour, and print on white stock so the counters stay open.
Pre-production check
A die cut that follows the contour too closely leaves a fragile rim; check the sheet and keep 4 mm of clearance.
