Bakery is an airy fine-pen signature script with elongated ascenders on the B and k, sweeping y descenders and a light, even stroke that reads as written with a fine nib at speed. Because the stroke is thin and uniform, the face needs roughly 16 mm before it holds on uncoated stock, and it is at its best on smooth papers where the line stays continuous. The long ascenders and descenders give a short word a tall, elegant silhouette, and it suits packaging, menus and stationery where the message is two or three words.
