Visual anatomy & craft review
Yuki is an illustrated animal alphabet built from a fluffy black cat and furry paws: each letter is formed by a plump cat silhouette or paw, with drawn fur edges, ear shapes on the caps and a small tail that curls off a terminal, delivered as layered colour artwork. The fur edge is the finest element and closes first at small sizes. It needs roughly 36 mm for the fur and the ear to read, and it is best as a flat two-colour print on white, or a one-colour silhouette where the fur becomes a cut path.

An illustrated cat alphabet is the party itself, so the invite needs no separate artwork. The ears hold at 44 mm on a topper, and two flat inks print the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 10 mm fur clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm topper cut through the fur edge leaves a 1 mm island that falls out in the laser. Cut toppers to the outer silhouette, and test one before the party.
A fluffy black-cat alphabet suits a themed night better than a cartoon monster face. The fur holds at 30 mm on an invitation, and two flat inks print the invitation and the sign in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invitation 105 x 148 mm, word 30 mm with 10 mm fur clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Door sign 250 x 350 mm, word 60 mm, 20 mm margins. Sticker 60 x 60 mm, word 20 mm, 4 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
A 60 x 60 mm sticker at 20 mm closes the fur into a black blot and the word reads as a paw. Raise the sticker word to 28 mm, and check one sheet before the batch.
An illustrated cat alphabet gives a cat café a drawn mark rather than a corporate logo. The fur holds at 26 mm on a card, and two flat inks print the cups and the cards in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Card 85 x 55 mm, word 26 mm with 8 mm fur clearance, details 7/9 pt, 5 mm margins. Cup print 70 x 50 mm, word 16 mm, 5 mm margins. Sticker 60 x 60 mm, word 20 mm, 4 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
A 70 x 50 mm cup panel at 16 mm fills the fur into a solid silhouette and the name reads as a cat shape with no letters. Raise cup type to 24 mm, and check one printed cup before the order.
