Long wavy-tail craft calligraphy
Tail is a clean medium-weight calligraphy script with built-in beginning and ending wavy swashes and heart-dotted i glyphs, so a short personalised line reads as smooth writing with a flourish at each end.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The downstrokes stay sturdy, the counters open round, the entry and exit tails run in long waves and the i dots arrive as small hearts in the alternates. The wavy tail is the character: the line starts and finishes with a gesture, which is why the sample suits tumblers and round signs. Because the tails travel, keep 20 mm at each end from 26 pt, and where the surface is narrow set the word without the decorative tails rather than cropping them.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Tail’s stroke geometry.
The wavy tails frame a pair of names, and the open counters keep the line readable at 30 pt on a 100 mm card. The wavy tails also give a table card its movement at close range.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 100 by 70 mm table card: set the names at 30 pt, keep 18 mm of clear card at each end for the tails, and set the table number in a 12 pt caps beneath with 10 mm of clear ground.
Pre-production check
A tail printed past the trim loses its wave; check the card and keep 14 mm of clear edge. Score the card clear of the tails.
The medium script suits a jar label, and the even weight holds a short name at 20 pt on a 50 mm panel. The heart dots also keep a small label from feeling plain.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 by 45 mm label: set the name at 20 pt, drop the decorative tails where the panel is narrow, and set the scent in a 6 pt caps at the foot with 4 mm of clear ground. Keep the label square.
Pre-production check
A heart-dotted i printed at 14 pt becomes a blob; check the proof and keep the name at 18 pt or above. Print one label before the batch.
The heart dots and wavy tails suit a valentine, and the sturdy strokes keep a short line clear at 28 pt on an A6 card. The sturdy weight also keeps a valentine readable at card size.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 card: set the line at 28 pt across the upper third, keep 18 mm of clear card at each end, and leave the lower half blank for a handwritten message. Keep the card flat under the line.
Pre-production check
Two decorative tails printed close together tangle; check the card and keep only one flourish. Keep the flourish on one side only.
