Visual anatomy & craft review
Spooky Witch is an illustrated Halloween alphabet in which letters are built from witch hats, stacked pumpkins and broomsticks: each cap carries a drawn hat with a bent tip, the stems become a pumpkin stack and a broom replaces a terminal, all on a set of illustrated coloured layers. The illustration is the letter, so a word grows tall with the hat and wide with the broom. It needs roughly 36 mm for the hat tip and the pumpkin ribs to read, and it is best as a four-colour process print on white, or a two-colour build on orange stock where the outline holds the shape.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Spooky Witch’s stroke geometry.
An illustrated witch alphabet is the party itself, so the invite needs no separate artwork. The hats read at 32 mm, and the layered file prints the invite, the labels and the sign in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 32 mm with 12 mm hat clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Bag label 80 x 50 mm, word 14 mm, 5 mm margins. Door sign 250 x 350 mm, word 60 mm, 20 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 80 x 50 mm bag label at 14 mm closes the pumpkin ribs into a solid orange mass and the letters merge. Raise the label word to 20 mm, and print one label before the batch.
An illustrated Halloween alphabet separates an October birthday from the generic card. The hat tips read at 40 mm on a topper, and the four-colour build prints the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 40 mm with 10 mm hat clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 44 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm topper cut through the hat brim leaves a 1 mm sliver that falls out in the laser. Cut toppers to the outer silhouette or print on 3 mm board, and test one before the party.
An illustrated seasonal alphabet gives a shop window its decoration inside the lettering rather than beside it. The hats hold at 90 mm on a decal, and the layered file prints the decal and the bags in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Window decal 600 x 400 mm, word 90 mm with 15 mm hat clearance, 25 mm margins. Bag print 200 x 250 mm, word 50 mm, 15 mm margins. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 14 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 85 x 55 mm card at 14 mm turns the pumpkin stack into an orange blot and the name is lost. Keep the face for the window only and set cards in a plain display, then check one card before the run.
