Fine grain and micro-texture excel in 300 DPI print, sublimation, and screen print rather than small vinyl weeding.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Boo Pumpkin is a playfully spooky Halloween bubble display with melting stems, jack-o'-lantern eyes, vampire fangs and slime drips cut into the letters, so a word reads as a cartoon monster rather than a horror poster. The facial details live inside the counters, which means the face needs size for them to read, and the drips extend below the baseline. It needs roughly 30 mm for the eyes and fangs to hold, and it is best in orange and black on cream or in one ink on a dark ground.

Cartoon-monster bubbles read as a friendly fright, which is what a family porch and a candy bag need. The faces give the word character without an illustration, and the melting stems keep the tone playful at 120 mm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Banner 900 x 300 mm, word 130 mm with 20 mm drip clearance, 40 mm margins and 20 mm clear of each eyelet. Label 60 x 90 mm, word 12 mm, 4 mm die margin. Sign 400 x 300 mm, word 90 mm, 30 mm margins.
Pre-production check
The drips hang below the baseline and get cut when a sign file is fitted to a panel. Declare the artwork box including the drips, and check one mounted sign before the party.
Monster bubbles read as a themed children's party, which is what an October birthday needs without real gore. The heavy forms cut cleanly at 50 mm, and the fangs give the topper its joke.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 40 mm, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 50 mm with an 8 mm slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 10 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 50 mm topper cuts the eyes as loose pieces and the face falls out on the cake. Bridge each counter at 1.5 mm on the cut file, and cut one prototype before the batch.
Cartoon-monster lettering reads as a haunted attraction's own brand, which is what a seasonal venue prints on a tee. The faces give the mark personality at 60 mm, and one orange ink on a dark garment keeps the print cheap.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Tee print 280 x 160 mm, word 60 mm, 40 mm margins. Sticker 90 x 60 mm, word 18 mm, 3 mm die margin and 4 mm clear of the cut. Ticket 90 x 50 mm, word 12 mm, 3 mm margins and 3 mm clear of the trim.
Pre-production check
A plastisol print at 60 mm bridges the 1 mm gap around a fang and the face fills into a blob. Keep the gaps at 1.5 mm or raise the print to 75 mm, and approve a strike-off before the run.
