Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Shine Bubble is a glossy comic-balloon display built for craft machines: fat rounded letters with a hard white shine highlight, a thick balloon outline and a cut-friendly silhouette that weeds cleanly from vinyl. The shine is the design and it fills when the face is reversed or cut small, and the outline is what makes the shape survive weeding. It needs roughly 26 mm for the shine and the outline to read, and it is best as a one-colour vinyl cut, or two flat inks where the shine is a knockout.

A glossy balloon display announces a party through the lettering alone, and the cut-friendly outline means a topper weeds cleanly. The shine holds at 40 mm on a topper, and one ink prints the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 40 mm with 8 mm shine clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 44 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm vinyl topper cut at the shine path leaves a 1 mm island that peels on the stick. Weld the shine to the outline or use a print-to-cut file, and test one before the party.
A glossy balloon display reads as a painted beach sign rather than a printed logo. The shine holds at 60 mm on a sign, and one ink prints the sign and the cups in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Sign 600 x 900 mm, word 100 mm with 12 mm shine clearance, items 26 mm, 30 mm margins. Cup print 70 x 50 mm, word 16 mm, 5 mm margins. Sticker 90 x 60 mm, word 30 mm, 5 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
A 70 x 50 mm cup panel at 16 mm closes the shine into the fill and the name reads as a solid bubble. Raise cup type to 22 mm, and check one printed cup before the order.
A glossy balloon face weeds cleanly from vinyl, which is what a craft seller actually needs for a decal. The outline holds at 30 mm on a decal, and one vinyl colour covers the decal and the card print in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Decal 150 x 100 mm, word 40 mm with 8 mm shine clearance, 10 mm margins. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 20 mm, 5 mm margins. Sticker 60 x 60 mm, word 20 mm, 4 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
A 60 x 60 mm decal at 20 mm merges the shine with the outline and the mark reads as a plain blob. Raise the decal word to 30 mm, and weed one sample before the batch.
