Soft heavy rounded sans
Story Kinder is a soft heavy sans in pink on white: caps with thick rounded strokes, uneven widths, a curved y that drops below the line like a lowercase letter and generous bowls, set in two lines with sparkles at the sides and a plain line beneath naming the style.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The two words are stacked and the drawing is a heavy sans with softened terminals: the strokes are thick and round, the letter widths are deliberately uneven, and the y curves below the baseline as though it were lowercase, which is the detail that gives the face its childlike warmth. That construction sets a moderate size floor, because the bowls close when the letters shrink, and the plate sets the words large enough that the unevenness reads as design rather than as error. The sparkles are supplied ornament and the line beneath is plain and small. Because the letters are heavy and friendly, the face suits a children's brand, a party sign and a shirt, and the uneven widths mean a buyer should set it by eye rather than trust the default spacing.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Story Kinder’s stroke geometry.
A soft rounded face reads as friendly at a glance, and the thick strokes hold on a sign seen from a child's height. Children read shapes before words.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A2 print: the greeting at 80 mm cap height, the name at 38 mm, and the time at 18 mm. Keep 28 mm margins and print two colours on a light stock. Keep 30 mm clear above the sign for air.
Pre-production check
Check the A2 at three metres, where a thick stroke can look blobby; keep the counters open. Confirm the 18 mm time reads at two metres and that the sign hangs at child height.
A friendly rounded sans gives a bookshop a mark that reads to a parent and a child at once, and the thick strokes survive a small die.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 by 70 mm label: the shop at 13 pt, the line at 8 pt, and the phone at 7 pt. Keep 5 mm inside the die and keep the smallest counter above 1.5 mm.
Pre-production check
Check the 13 pt shop on a small die, where a counter can close; keep the size above 14 pt. Confirm the 7 pt phone reads at arm's length and that the label peels cleanly.
A soft heavy sans reads at a parent's eye level, and the rounded strokes signal a setting for young children rather than a school.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A3 poster: the event at 70 mm cap height, the ages in a 20 mm sans, and the room at 12 mm. Keep 25 mm margins and print two colours on a light stock. Keep the poster above a 1.4 m sightline.
Pre-production check
Check the A3 at three metres, where the rounded strokes can soften the shapes; keep the counters open. Confirm the 12 mm room reads at two metres and that the poster sits at adult eye height.
