Striped narrow novelty capitals
Rainbow is a tall narrow novelty display on a white sheet inside a pale frame: capitals carrying different side details — diagonal stripes, hearts, loops, dots — in a palette of coral, teal and green, with a drawn rainbow above and a small line beneath naming five styles.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The plate shows the set rather than a single face: each letter carries a different side detail, so the word reads as a row of decorated strips, and the palette repeats across the word so the result is coherent rather than chaotic. That construction sets a large size floor, because the hearts and loops close when the letters shrink, and the plate sets the word large enough that each detail is visible. The rainbow above is staging that names the subject, and the line beneath is product copy naming the count of styles. Because the letters are narrow and decorated, the face suits a child's card, a shirt and a sign, and the light palette means the details need a print check at the intended size rather than a judgement from the screen.

A striped display sets a bright party theme, and the varied details give one card the look of a handmade banner. The details sell the party.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A6 card: the greeting at 28 pt, the details in a 9.5 pt sans, and the date at 8.5 pt. Keep 15 mm margins and print four colours on a white card. Leave 12 mm at the foot for the date and the address line.
Pre-production check
Check the 28 pt greeting at home-print resolution, where a heart can close; keep the smallest detail above 1.2 mm. Confirm the 9.5 pt details keep a 4.5:1 contrast and that the card folds flat.
A striped face prints as a costume piece, and the narrow letters fit a long name across a child's shirt. It prints as costume kit.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 240 mm chest graphic: the name at 55 mm cap height, the age at 24 mm, and four inks on a light shirt. Keep the smallest side detail at 4 mm and place the graphic 80 mm below the collar.
Pre-production check
Check the screen at actual mesh, where a 4 mm detail can fill; enlarge it. Wash-test one shirt and confirm the stripes stay even after five cycles.
A bright novelty face stops a child on a corridor board, and the narrow letters fit a long event name on one row. Colour stops a child.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A3 poster: the fair at 70 mm cap height, the times in a 20 mm sans, and the gate at 12 mm. Keep 25 mm margins and print four colours on a light stock.
Pre-production check
Check the A3 at three metres, where the palette can blur together; keep 3 mm between letters. Confirm the 12 mm gate reads at two metres and that the poster sits at child height.
