Soft bubble display with outline
Positive Chunky is a soft bubble display in pink and blue with a white contour on a pale ground: fat rounded letters with almost circular bowls, small counters, a gentle bounce and a light inner highlight, with four-point sparkles around the block and a tracked note beneath.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The word is set in two lines and each letter is an inflated form: the bowls are round, the counters are dots, and the highlight runs along the upper edge, which gives the letters their soft, marshmallow surface. The white contour separates the two colours and lets them sit side by side, and the bounce keeps the pair friendly rather than mechanical. Because the shapes are very fat and the counters tiny, the face works at display sizes only, and the specimen sets it large on a pale ground with sparkles at the corners. The note beneath names the category in a tracked caps line, which is the only neutral type on the plate.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Positive Chunky’s stroke geometry.
A soft bubble face reads as celebration from across a room, and the heavy contour lets a home print be cut out and mounted without a white edge showing.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print 800 by 400 mm: the name at 120 mm x-height with a 4 mm contour, the age at 45 mm, and a 6 mm border. Keep 25 mm margins so the contour never touches the edge and print three colours.
Pre-production check
Check the banner at four metres, where the tiny counters can close into dots; open them for that scale. Confirm the 45 mm age reads at three metres and that the contour survives the trim.
A soft bubble label reads as friendly packaging, and the contour makes the artwork work on white, kraft or a coloured tin without a redesign.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 mm round label: the brand at 13 pt, the product in a 6 pt sans, and 4 mm inside the die. Keep two colours per label and print on a white stock so the contour stays crisp.
Pre-production check
Check the 13 pt brand, where a small counter can fill at the die edge; enlarge it. Confirm the 6 pt product reads on the shelf and that the label adheres to a wrapped box.
A fat bubble face cuts cleanly in card, and the contour gives the letters an edge that holds up when the topper is pushed into a cake.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut a 150 mm topper: the name at 55 mm x-height with a 4 mm contour, 8 mm between letters for the blade, and two 3 mm tabs at the base. Keep the smallest counter at 6 mm.
Pre-production check
Check the cut file, where a 4 mm contour can snap in card; widen it for thick stock. Confirm the topper stands in a 200 mm cake and that the counters stay open after weeding.
