Bubble Rainbow is an ultra-plump kawaii bubble display with shine highlights: very fat rounded letters, a thick balloon keyline, a pair of curved shine slashes on each form and a pale gradient built into the fill rather than added behind it. The shine is the design and it merges with the fill as soon as the face is reduced. It needs roughly 30 mm for the shine and the keyline to read, and it is best in two flat inks on white, or one ink plus paper where the shine reads as a knockout.
