Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Sublimation is a cute pastel cartoon display: fat rounded letters with a thick white sticker outline, a comic highlight slash on each stem and a pastel gradient built into the forms rather than added behind them. The highlight is the smallest element and the gradient bands close first when the face is reduced. It needs roughly 30 mm for the highlight and the outline to read, and it is best in a soft four-colour process build on white vinyl, or one pastel ink plus a knocked-out highlight on coloured card.

A pastel cartoon display announces a soft party theme inside the lettering, so no licensed graphic is needed. The highlights read at 40 mm on an invite, and one process build prints the invite and the wraps as a set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 40 mm with 8 mm outline clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 44 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A cup wrap printed across the taper doubles the sticky outline at the seam and the word reads as a shadow. Keep the word inside the flat 60 mm centre band, and wrap one cup before the party.
A comic cartoon display turns a children's page into a pastel headline without illustrations. The highlight holds at 48 pt, and the thick outline separates the word from a tinted panel behind it.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Header 48 pt with 8 mm outline clearance, body 12/17 pt, 18 mm margins. Cover flash 90 x 60 mm, word 32 pt, 6 mm margins. Activity title 36 pt with 8 mm above and 6 mm below.
Pre-production check
At 36 pt on the activity title the pastel bands merge into one flat tone and the word loses its comic edge. Keep the face at 44 pt and above, and proof one page at 1:1.
A pastel cartoon display reads as a hand-drawn spring poster rather than a modern flyer, which is what a small fair wants at the gate. The outline holds at 90 mm, and one process build prints the poster and the stall cards in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A3, word 90 mm with 12 mm outline clearance, details 28 mm, 18 mm margins. Stall card 105 x 75 mm, word 20 mm, 5 mm margins. Bag label 90 x 50 mm, word 16 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
On a 90 x 50 mm bag label at 16 mm the highlight slash closes and the word reads as a pastel smear. Raise the label word to 22 mm, and print one label before the batch.
