Rounded festive letters interspersed with trees, candles and soft ghost shapes
Kawaii Christmas draws fat rounded letters in red, green, pink and white, replaces several letters with objects — a tree for the A, a candle for the I, a reindeer for the R — and puts a small heart or a Santa hat on the rest.

Visual anatomy & craft review
KAWAII over CHRISTMAS fills the card in soft rounded shapes on a cream ground, and the word is a row of objects: the first K wears a Santa hat, the A is a decorated tree with a star, the W is a pink face with a heart nose, the I is a lit candle and the R is a reindeer head. Every other letter carries a small heart or a sprig, and the palette is red, forest green, blush pink and white with gold accents. A line at the top sets a seasonal phrase and two lines at the foot list the formats and credit the studio. The construction is deliberately soft: thick strokes, rounded corners and a single outline, which is what makes a word this busy still read as a word rather than as a row of pictures.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Kawaii Christmas’s stroke geometry.
The objects in the letters are the whole illustration, so the card needs nothing else on the front, and the soft palette keeps it warm rather than commercial.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 120 by 170 mm card: set the greeting at 40 pt across two rows, keep 16 mm of clear ground beneath before the written note, and hold 13 mm of margin so no Santa hat is cut.
Pre-production check
The small hearts close up below 24 pt; print one card at the finished size and check the faces first.
The face gives a December birthday the season without turning it into a Christmas card, and the soft shapes suit a young guest list.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 105 by 148 mm invitation: set the name at 36 pt across two rows, keep 15 mm of clear ground beneath before the details at 8.5 pt, and hold 12 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
The candle and the reindeer are the busiest letters; print one invitation and check they still read at card size.
The letters tell a shopper it is a seasonal product before the flavour is read, and the soft shapes suit sweets better than a formal script.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 by 45 mm jar label: set the brand name at 15 pt on one row, keep 5 mm of clear ground beneath before the flavour at 4.5 pt, and hold 4 mm from the outline to the die line.
Pre-production check
Small labels turn the objects into blobs; print one label on the real stock and check the shapes before the order.
