Tall light capitals with long oval O bowls and narrow straight diagonal joins
Farmhouse Blackcraft draws a tall skinny sans by hand, keeps the strokes slightly uneven and the letters narrow, and sets the word in black inside a thin ruled frame.

Visual anatomy & craft review
FARMHOUSE fills the width of a plain white page inside a hairline rectangle, the letters varying in width, the stems wobbling a degree or two and the apertures closing to narrow slits in the R and the A. Small tracked capitals interrupt the top rule with INTRODUCING and sit under the box to name the style, which is the only decoration on the cover. Everything about the face is a hand-drawn approximation of a sign painter's lettering, so it reads warm rather than mechanical, and it holds up at large size because the unevenness is deliberate. At small sizes the thin strokes and the closed apertures make words hard to scan, so it belongs on headings rather than body copy.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Farmhouse’s stroke geometry.
The hand-drawn tall letters suit a shed wall sign, and the narrow widths let a long farm shop name fit onto a single board.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 900 by 300 mm board: set the shop name at 90 mm on one row, keep 30 mm of clear ground beneath before the hours at 18 mm, and keep 34 mm of border so no stroke runs to the edge.
Pre-production check
Thin strokes fade in vinyl; check a physical cut sample before the sign board is produced.
The uneven hand keeps a plain thank-you from looking like a form letter, and the tall letters stay warm on an uncoated card.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 105 by 148 mm card: set the greeting at 30 pt across two rows, keep 14 mm of clear ground beneath before the time at 9 pt, and keep 12 mm of margin so the frame has air around it.
Pre-production check
Small apertures close on textured card; check a printed sample before the whole card batch.
The sign-painter hand gives a bakery a mark that looks lettered on the box, and the narrow letters fit a long loaf name on a narrow label.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 by 90 mm label: set the bakery name at 20 pt on one row, keep 9 mm of clear ground beneath before the weight at 6 pt, and keep 6 mm to the die edge so the letters are not cut.
Pre-production check
Hand-drawn widths vary; check the label layout at final size before printing the batch of labels.
