College block bundle
Regular Varsity is a collegiate bundle shown as a product sheet in navy and cream: four cover specimens of the same block lettering, one solid, one lined, one distressed and one outlined, each with a full alphabet and numeral set beneath, around a tilted card that names the bundle.

Fine grain and micro-texture excel in 300 DPI print, sublimation, and screen print rather than small vinyl weeding.
Visual anatomy & craft review
This is a bundle, so the sheet shows the same letterforms in four treatments rather than four unrelated faces, which is the useful thing to know before buying: the solid, the lined, the distressed and the outlined cut all share a skeleton, so a club can use one for a jersey and another for a banner without the identity drifting. Each cover carries a full alphabet and a numeral row, which is what a buyer of a sports face actually needs to check. The tilted card in the centre names the bundle and the counts, and the file-format marks at the corners state the formats. Because the blocks are heavy, the family works at banner and jersey sizes, and the sheet is honest about the small end by showing the outlined cut at the same scale as the solid.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Regular Varsity’s stroke geometry.
A bundle lets a club set a jersey, a banner and a programme from one purchase, and the four treatments cover print, embroidery and screen.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the jersey name in the solid cut at 70 mm, the banner in the distressed cut at 160 mm, and the programme heading in the lined cut at 30 mm. Keep the counters above 4 mm at the smallest size.
Pre-production check
Check the 30 mm lined heading, where the inner line can close; use the solid cut below 35 mm. Confirm the jersey name reads at ten metres and that the embroidery sample holds the blocks.
A four-cut bundle gives a club a badge, a sign and a shirt graphic from one license, which is the practical reason small clubs buy a family.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the badge in the outlined cut at 60 mm, the fascia in the solid cut at 110 mm, and the shirt in the distressed cut at 250 mm. Keep the outline only above 40 mm.
Pre-production check
Check the 60 mm outlined badge in stitch, where the line can close; use the solid cut for embroidery. Confirm the fascia reads at six metres and that the shirt prints in one pass.
A varsity bundle lets one order cover shirts, a banner and a card, which is what a class committee needs from a single purchase.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 250 mm chest graphic in the solid cut, a 900 mm banner in the distressed cut, and a card in the lined cut at 18 mm. Keep two inks on the shirt and one on the card.
Pre-production check
Check the 18 mm lined card, where the inner line can fill; use the solid cut. Wash-test one shirt and confirm the blocks stay legible after five cycles.
