of Embroidery.
Embroidery is a plump upright brush script with solid filled loops, compact ascender tips and a deep open descender on the y, drawn heavy enough that the counters almost close but never do. Because the stroke is uniformly thick and the letters connect with short, wide joins, the face weeds quickly from heat-transfer vinyl and keeps its shape on a curved tumbler. It reads as marker writing rather than formal calligraphy, so it suits craft and gift projects at 15 mm and up; below that the filled loops merge into a blob. There is no thin hairline anywhere in the alphabet, which is the whole reason it survives a cutting blade.

A thick marker script personalises a favour fast, which matters when a host is cutting fifteen of them the night before. Solid loops hold together on a small pouch where a light script would break into threads.

A marker script reads as genuinely written by a class, which is what a volunteer gift should feel like, and the heavy weight transfers onto ceramics without a fading hairline. Wide joins survive being cut at 12 mm.
