Visual anatomy & craft review
Elaria is a plump rounded monoline-cord retro script built for vinyl: a fat even stroke with fully rounded ends, letters linked by thick cords and a small bounce that keeps the line from looking mechanical. The cords are the design and they close into one pillow when the face is reduced, and the monoline cut weeds cleanly from vinyl. It needs roughly 26 mm for the cord and the rounded end to read, and it is best as a one-colour vinyl cut, or one bright ink on white where the cord reads as a soft edge.

A plump cord script weeds cleanly from vinyl, which is what a party topper actually needs. The cords hold at 44 mm on a topper, and one vinyl colour covers the topper and the invite print.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 40 mm with 8 mm cord clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm vinyl topper at 48 mm has cords that weld shut during weeding and the letter fills in. Keep cords at 3 mm or above, and weed one topper before the party.
A plump script reads as a teacher's own lettering rather than a printed award. The cords hold at 140 mm on a display, and one ink prints the display and the stickers in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Display 1200 x 400 mm, letters 160 mm with 12 mm cord clearance, 20 mm margins. Name card 105 x 75 mm, name 20 mm, 5 mm margins. Reward sticker 50 mm round, word 10 mm, 3 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
At 20 mm on a name card the cords merge and the name reads as a grey bar after a term of handling. Raise cards to 26 mm and laminate them, and make one before the class set.
A cord script weeds cleanly, which is what a craft seller needs for a decal. The cords hold at 30 mm on a decal, and one vinyl colour covers the decal and the card print in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Decal 150 x 100 mm, word 40 mm with 8 mm cord clearance, 10 mm margins. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 20 mm, 5 mm margins. Sticker 60 x 60 mm, word 20 mm, 4 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
A 60 x 60 mm decal at 20 mm closes the cords into one pillow and the mark reads as a plain blob. Raise the decal word to 30 mm, and weed one sample before the batch.
