Rounded festive caps with snow-dot counters and a heavy outline
Christmas Snow is a rounded capital alphabet in which the counters are punched with small snow dots, the strokes stay fat and a heavy outline wraps the word, so a greeting reads as lettering cut into a wooden sign and lit from behind.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The C curls a fat crescent, the H sets two stems with a snow dot in the bar, the R opens a wide bowl, the I drops a small dot and the S holds a soft spine, all at a festive weight with rounded corners, a contour drawn around the outside and dots cut inside the counters. The punched dots are the character: they replace plain counters, which is why the sample sets two stacked words in white on a dark board. Because the dots are small, the face needs 34 pt before they stay open, and it prints best in one light colour. The snowy forest, the wooden sign, the lantern, the snowman and the fairy lights are presentation; the white dotted words are the face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Christmas Snow’s stroke geometry.
The punched dots read as falling snow from a distance, and the fat rounded strokes stay solid at 70 mm on a painted board.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Paint a 600 by 300 mm board: set the greeting at 70 mm in one light colour on a dark ground, keep the dots at 6 mm, and leave 30 mm of border for the fixings.
Pre-production check
Dots under 4 mm close up when painted by hand; check the board and keep the punch at 6 mm or wider.
The punched snow counters make a plain gift tag feel festive by themselves, and the heavy outer outline holds at 20 pt on smooth card.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 45 by 90 mm tag: set the greeting at 20 pt, punch a 4 mm hole 10 mm from the top, and keep the dotted first letter clear of the hole so the string does not tear it.
Pre-production check
A dot printed beside a punched hole is read as damage; check the assembled tag and turn the word so the dots face the lower edge.
The fat strokes cut cleanly in card, and the punched snow dots give the topper detail without a separate motif at 45 mm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut a 170 mm topper: set the word at 45 mm, keep every dot attached by a 3 mm bridge, and add a 20 mm stem under a solid letter so the support stays hidden.
Pre-production check
Cutting the dots fully free leaves loose pieces; check the cut file and bridge each dot to its counter by 3 mm.
