Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Bubble Chunky is a squishy organic cloud-puff display: each letter is a cluster of rounded lobes that swell past the stroke, with a soft inner shade and a small gap where two puffs meet. The lobes close the counters early and the gaps are the finest element, and the puffy silhouette grows the word in both directions. It needs roughly 32 mm for the puff gap and the shade to read, and it is best in two soft inks on white, or one ink plus a knocked-out gap on coloured card.

A cloud-puff display reads as the product itself rather than a printed logo, which is what a candy or bath maker wants on a box. The puffs hold at 30 mm, and two soft inks print the box and the sticker in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Box print 200 x 200 mm, word 50 mm with 8 mm puff clearance, 20 mm margins. Sticker 60 x 60 mm, word 18 mm, 4 mm die margin. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 14 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 60 x 60 mm sticker at 18 mm merges the puffs into one blob and the name reads as a cloud. Raise the sticker word to 26 mm, and check one sheet before the run.
A cloud-puff display reads as a hand-drawn spring poster rather than a modern flyer, which is what a small fair wants on its gate. The lobes hold at 90 mm, and two soft inks print the poster and the stall cards in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A3, word 90 mm with 12 mm puff clearance, details 28 mm, 18 mm margins. Stall card 105 x 75 mm, word 20 mm, 5 mm margins. Bag label 90 x 50 mm, word 16 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
On a 90 x 50 mm bag label at 16 mm the puff gaps close and the word reads as a pastel smear. Raise the label word to 22 mm, and print one label before the batch.
A cloud-puff display announces a soft theme in the lettering, so the invite needs no licensed graphic. The puffs cut cleanly at 44 mm, and two inks print the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 8 mm puff clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 46 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm topper cut through the puff gap leaves a 1 mm lobe island that falls out. Cut toppers to the outer silhouette, and test one before the party.
