Visual anatomy & craft review
The two words are set on one line at a large size, and the face is a neat handwriting: the T is a narrow stem with a short bar, the i is a stem with a round dot, the n and the y are compact, the T of Tales is a capital of the same width as the lower case and the a and the l close with small tails, while nothing connects and the spacing is even. The stroke is monoline and moderately heavy, the x-height is high and the ascenders are short, which is why the face holds up in a long block of text rather than only as a title. Small drawn figures and a star banner sit around the phrase, and a tracked line at the foot names the intended uses: planners, notes and journaling. Tiny Tales is a handwriting for planners, labels, cards and small editorial, and it works at ten points where a decorative script would not.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Tiny Tales’s stroke geometry.
A neat hand with short ascenders keeps a page of headings orderly, and the even spacing keeps a long list from looking hand scrawled.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A5 planner page: set the section headings at 14 pt, set the entries at 10 pt on a 14 pt leading, and hold 12 mm of margin on both sides of the page so the column does not run long.
Pre-production check
A hand at ten points can close its counters; print one page at the finished size and check the e and the a before the run.
A neat rounded hand suits a stationery product, and the compact letters fit a long product name on a very small round label.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 by 80 mm label: set the product at 14 pt on one line, keep 6 mm of clear ground beneath before the size at 5 pt, and hold 4 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
A light stroke on uncoated stock can look grey; print one label on the real material and check the weight before the order.
A friendly hand keeps a school certificate from feeling official, and the legibility at twelve points means a child can read the whole sheet.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 certificate: set the heading at 30 pt on one line, set the name at 18 pt and the lines beneath at 11 pt with 6 mm of leading, and hold 20 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
A handwriting face over a decorative border can look busy; print one certificate at the finished size and check the contrast before the run.
