Rounded outlined capitals with varied icing-like stripes, dots and zigzag fills
Jingle Cookies draws fat hand-cut capitals and fills each one with a different piped icing pattern, so a seasonal word reads as a tray of decorated biscuits rather than as lettering.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Jingle over cookies sits on a kraft ground inside stitched panels, the letters cream-outlined with interiors in pastel mint, pink and peach, one carrying zigzag icing, another a ring of dots, another a piped swirl circle and another chevron bands. The shapes are uneven by design, some letters wider or lower than their neighbours, and red and white candy stripes or a gingerbread figure sit in the margins. The whole cover imitates a bakery label, from the stitched border to the small banner captions. Because the icing is inside the letter, the word survives as a silhouette at card size and shows the piping only when it is large.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Jingle Cookies’s stroke geometry.
The icing interiors turn a plain kraft box into a bakery present, and the fat letters stay legible on a small tag at the ribbon.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 by 90 mm tag: set the greeting at 18 pt on one row, keep 7 mm of clear ground beneath before the note at 6 pt, and keep 5 mm from the art to the punch hole.
Pre-production check
Icing details merge below 16 pt; check the printed tag proof before cutting a box of tags.
The icing fill matches the product on the table, and the heavy shapes read from across a school hall where a thin script would not.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 297 by 210 mm sign: set the heading at 72 pt across two rows, keep 20 mm of clear ground beneath before the prices at 14 pt, and keep 18 mm of border so no letter is clipped.
Pre-production check
Colour interiors need a colour print; check the office printer output before running a class set.
The hand-cut shapes feel homemade rather than manufactured, which suits a small thank-you that travels with a tin of baking.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 card: set the greeting at 26 pt across two rows, keep 10 mm of clear ground beneath before the signature at 8 pt, and keep 10 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
The pastel fills print pale on cheap card; check a printed proof before printing the whole batch.
