Tall quirky marker print with heart-tipped accents and uneven heights
Heart Writing is a tall marker hand in which the letters vary in height, the strokes stay slender and even, and small hearts tip the ascenders and dots, so a short line reads as a classroom valentine written in one pass.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The H lifts two narrow stems, the a closes a small round bowl, the r carries a short arm and the t finishes with a heart instead of a bar, while the baseline wanders upward by a few points across a word. The heart tips are the character: they arrive on the strokes rather than beside them, which is why the sample sets two short words with doodles around them. Because the strokes are slender, the face wants 24 pt in print and welds for cutting from 1.1 inches of x-height so the hearts survive the blade. The pink field, the scribbles and the small caption are presentation; the marker lettering is the face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Heart Writing’s stroke geometry.
The heart-tipped strokes suit a small card, and the slender marker lines stay readable at 26 pt on an A6 sheet with a plain ground.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 card: set the line at 26 pt across the middle, keep 12 mm of clear ground beneath for a written name, and keep the heart tips at 3 mm so they stay open.
Pre-production check
Heart tips printed under 2 mm close into dots; check the card proof and keep the word at 24 pt or above.
The quirky hand suits a classroom shirt, and the even strokes stay clear at 40 mm on a printed chest in one flat colour.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 250 mm chest print: set the line at 40 mm, keep every heart tip at 5 mm minimum, and keep 50 mm of clear shirt beneath the line for a second row.
Pre-production check
Hearts under 4 mm in a screen print fill in; check the film at full size and thicken the tip rather than the stroke.
The marker lettering suits a die-cut sticker, and the uneven heights give a plain label movement at 22 mm on a round die.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 45 mm round sticker: set the word at 22 mm, keep 5 mm inside the die so the tallest heart stays whole, and print in one flat colour on white stock.
Pre-production check
A heart tip cut by the die leaves a sliver; check the sticker sheet and keep 4 mm of clearance at the rim.
