Family Farmhouse is a tall condensed hand-printed farmhouse marker face: narrow upright stems with a dry marker edge, blunt ends, a level baseline and small lift gaps at the joins, drawn to pack a long greeting into a narrow board. The dry edge is the design and it turns to dirt when the face is reversed or printed small on coated stock. It needs roughly 20 mm for the dry edge and the condensed stem to read, and it is best in one warm ink on kraft and uncoated stock.
