Disconnected condensed block capitals with clipped corners
College Script
College Script places navy COLLEGE over coral SCRIPT on pale grey, where the visible letters are disconnected upright blocks rather than joined handwriting, with heavy narrow stems, clipped corners and tight counters.

Letterform structure
of College Script.
The stems stay narrow and heavy, the corners clip at an angle, the counters compress and every letter stands alone. That clipped condensing is the character, and the name misleads: nothing here is a connected script, so choose the face by its visible shape rather than its title. The corner stripes and small captions belong to the cover arrangement and prove neither a script companion nor a sports kit, so test the close fit on a real class name and keep 34 pt before the counters close.

Shirt graphic for a class shirt
The condensed blocks suit a class shirt, and the clipped corners stay sharp at 70 mm on a printed transfer, where the tight fit stays deliberate.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 250 mm transfer: set the class name at 70 mm over two rows, keep 14 mm between the rows, and keep 18 mm of clear edge around the outermost block so no corner is clipped.
Pre-production check
Close fitting printed under 40 mm joins neighbouring letters; check the transfer proof at half size.
Banner for a graduation party
The blocky caps set a graduation banner, and the narrow counters hold a name and year at 50 pt on an A3 sheet, where the clipped corners keep the pair crisp.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A3 banner: set the name at 50 pt and the year at 50 pt on a second row, keep 18 mm of clear ground between the rows, and keep 20 mm of margin all round.
Pre-production check
A year set in the same tight fit crowds the row above; check the banner and reduce the year by ten points.
Heading for a campus report
The condensed caps set a campus heading, and the heavy stems hold a two-word title at 46 pt on a page, tight enough to feel institutional.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 210 mm page: set the heading at 46 pt on one row, keep 18 mm beneath before the standfirst at 10 pt, and keep the block inside the column so the clipped corners stay whole.
Pre-production check
Very tight counters close at small sizes; check the page and keep body text in a separate face.

Wide geometric variable sans
University
Mechacore is a wide geometric sans in black on yellow: square extended letters, a flat-topped C, a stencil variant, five weights from light to bold, and an ultra-expanded width, laid out as a technical sheet with rules, labels and a barcode, so the plate reads as a system rather than a single font.

College slab with outline cut
Varsity College
Varsity College is a vintage college slab in cream with an outline cut on a near-black ground: heavy caps with block serifs, a high waist and narrow counters, set on two lines with tracked lines above and beneath naming the style, the outline version and the studio.

Extremely condensed straight slabs with narrow vertical counters
Blocky Varsity
Blocky Varsity stacks tall white capitals on a dark fabric-like background. The stems are long and close, the O counter is a narrow vertical slot, the Y descends as an unusually long upright stem, small square feet sit at the baseline and tight row spacing emphasises height over width.
Angular condensed athletic blocks with compact counters
Boxing
Boxing places red capitals across a rising black band inside a yellow ring illustration, where the O and G have clipped corners, the X runs sharply diagonal and short slab ends keep the word compact.
