Weighty vintage script set in two compact stacked lines
Coastal Honey is a weighty vintage script drawn to stack two words tightly, with heavy even strokes, curled terminals and a compact silhouette that reads like a printed sign.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The capital C opens as a heavy crescent that begins high and closes low, and the letters after it keep that weight: the o and the a close round bowls, the s reverses through two fat curves, the t is crossed low and the l and the y carry the same load. Weight is heavy and constant, joins stay as thick as the stems and the terminals curl over themselves rather than tapering, which is what gives the face its printed-sign quality. The two lines are designed to stack tightly, with the second line's ascenders reaching into the counters of the first, and that interlock is what makes the phrase read as a single lockup rather than two lines. The coastline photograph, the cream ink and the small scalloped badge are presentation; the script is the two words.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Coastal Honey’s stroke geometry.
The weighty vintage script reads through a window at distance and the stacked lockup fills a sign panel without a second element.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the first word at 20 cm on a 1.5 m panel, set the second at 15 cm directly beneath with a 4 cm overlap, and hold 15 cm of margin so the curled ends stay inside the frame.
Pre-production check
An interlocked stack painted by hand drifts between the lines; cut a template for the second line and check the overlap on the panel first.
The vintage weight suits a venue by the water and the stacked lockup gives a welcome sign a designed shape at a distance.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the greeting at 12 cm on a 600 by 500 mm board, set both names at 8 cm beneath with a 3 cm overlap, and leave 10 cm of margin so the curls are not cut.
Pre-production check
Curled terminals near a frame look clipped; check the board at full size and inset the lockup rather than shortening the lettering.
The weighty script holds its shape on a curved jar label, and the stacked lockup lets a two-word name fit a narrow label panel.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the brand at 12 pt on a 50 by 70 mm label, keep the contents in a 5 pt caps sans, and leave 5 mm at the sides so the curved ends are not squeezed.
Pre-production check
A curved label pinches the outer letters of a tight stack; check a printed label on the actual jar and widen the side margins.
