Athletic vintage script
Outfield Glory is a vintage athletic script in navy: heavy underlined looped lettering, a shadowed swash beneath the word, and a lighter inline script for the team line, framed by drawn baseball stitching.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The block is built from three parts: Outfield in a heavy looped script with a swash that curls beneath the word like a signature underline, Baseball in a lighter inline script set smaller and offset to the right, and Glory in the same heavy script with its own swash. The face has the look of a 1950s team jersey: fat stems, tight loops, small inline highlights on the thick strokes, and a consistent forward slant, which is what lets a script read as sportswear rather than as wedding stationery. Drawn baseball stitching arcs down both sides of the frame in red, and two small tracked lines set the introduction and the style. Outfield Glory is a display script for team merchandise, event posters and packaging with a retro athletic voice, and it works best in two words and one colour.

A vintage ballpark script gives a sports feature a period voice, and the inline highlights read at cover size where a plain script would look thin.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 230 by 300 mm cover: set the cover word at 76 pt on one line, keep 24 mm of clear ground beneath before the cover lines at 11 pt, and hold 20 mm of margin on all sides.
Pre-production check
The inline can fill in on newsprint; print one cover on the intended stock and check the highlight before the run.
A couple who met at a ballpark can use a jersey script without the day turning into a costume, and the drawn stitching gives the sign its theme.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 600 by 400 mm board: set the greeting at 96 pt over two lines, keep 24 mm of clear ground beneath before the names at 24 pt, and hold 22 mm of border on all four sides.
Pre-production check
A heavy script with a swash can crowd a second line; print one board at the final size and check the clearance before the set.
The face is built for jersey lettering, and the thick stems and swash hold when the artwork is screen printed on a shirt.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 260 by 300 mm chest graphic: set the team name at 64 pt on one line with the swash beneath, keep 10 mm of clearance from the placket, and check the print area against the smallest shirt size in the run.
Pre-production check
A swash under the word can collide with a button placket; print one sample on the real shirt and check placement before the batch.
