Outlined pastel nursery bubble capitals with a thick rounded contour
Chubby Bubbles is a bubble capital alphabet in which the letters are fat and round, the contour is thick and open and the inner space is left hollow, so a word reads as a set of pastel letter stickers for a nursery.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The C opens a wide crescent, the H keeps two fat stems and a low bar, the U holds a deep bowl and the B closes two even lobes, all at a maximal weight with fully rounded ends and a contour drawn as a separate line rather than a shadow. Because the letters are hollow, they can carry a pastel fill inside a dark contour, which is how the sample builds two colourways on one sheet. The rounded ends and the wide fit make the face read as foam letters at 30 mm, and the hollow construction keeps it legible on a busy nursery wall. Counters close below 20 pt. The cream ground, the pink and mint fills, the bubbles and the two caption lines are presentation; the display face is the two words.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Chubby Bubbles’s stroke geometry.
The hollow rounded letters read as foam shapes at 40 mm, and the separate contour lets each letter take a different pastel fill on one wall.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a five-letter name: set each letter at 40 mm tall, keep the contour at 3 mm, and leave 6 mm between letters so the shapes stay distinct when they are cut and mounted individually.
Pre-production check
A contour under 2 mm at 40 mm looks like a hairline; check one mounted letter and thicken the contour rather than the letters.
The hollow shapes cut cleanly into stickers at 25 mm, and the thick contour keeps each one separate on a busy table setting.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 sticker sheet: set each letter at 25 mm inside a 30 mm round die, keep 4 mm between dies, and leave 5 mm from the sheet edge so the kiss-cut does not run off the paper.
Pre-production check
A kiss-cut through a thick contour needs a clean blade; check one sheet after cutting and keep the contour off the die line.
The bubble letters read at 50 mm from a child's height, and the hollow construction stays legible against a printed background.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 600 by 300 mm board: set the heading at 50 mm, keep the contour at 3.5 mm, and leave 5 cm of border so the rounded ends are not cropped by the frame or the fixings.
Pre-production check
A pastel fill on a light board loses contrast; check the proof and keep the contour darker than the fill rather than dropping the fill.
