Visual anatomy & craft review
Bubble Charm is a plump rounded bubble display with full balloon strokes, generous counters and a consistent even weight in caps and lowercase, so a word reads as an inflated sticker rather than a cartoon outline. Because there is no keyline, the shape carries the whole design, which means the letters need size to keep the roundness from looking like a default font. It needs roughly 26 mm for the balloon curve to read, and it is best in a candy pink or mint on cream, or in white on a saturated ground.

Inflated rounded letters read as a party balloon, which is what a young child's birthday looks like before anything is hung. The even weight prints in one bright colour, and the full counters stay legible at 10 mm on a treat-bag sticker.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 40 mm, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Sticker 50 mm round, word 10 mm, 3 mm die margin. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 45 mm with 8 mm slot and 10 mm clear.
Pre-production check
A 50 mm round sticker clips the first and last letters on the die curve and the name loses both ends. Keep the word inside a 34 mm band across the centre, and pull one sticker before the sheet.
Balloon letterforms read as a sweet brand, which is what a confection shop paints on a window. The full strokes hold one colour on kraft at 60 mm, and the rounded forms look intentional in a cheap single-pass print where a fine face would look thin.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Label 60 x 40 mm, word 9 mm, weight 4.5 pt, 3 mm die margin. Carton 200 x 150 x 80 mm, word 40 mm on the lid, 20 mm margins. Decal 900 x 300 mm, word 150 mm, 60 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A window decal applied to plate glass shows every air bubble through a solid dark fill, and the word looks blistered. Use a lighter tint or a frosted vinyl, and check one applied decal in daylight before the run.
Soft rounded letterforms read as a box of chocolates, which is what a valentine gift is. The heavy shapes print in one pink on cream and look premium without foil, and the round counters stay open at 9 mm on a small label.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Box 160 x 120 x 40 mm, word 40 mm on the lid, 20 mm margins. Label 60 x 40 mm, name 9 mm, 3 mm die margin. Card 105 x 148 mm, greeting 22 mm, message 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 9 mm label name on a saturated pink closes its counters in flexo and the word reads as a solid lozenge. Print small labels digitally or raise the name to 12 mm, and check one proof at final size.
