Round Halloween blocks with oversized sweeping strokes
Wicked Ghouls builds heavy softly rounded capitals and then lets one counter become a ghost, with oversized strokes sweeping away from the word.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The letters are fat and nearly rectangular, with flat tops, tight sidebearings and rounded corners rather than true curves. Inside the O a small ghost shape is drawn as negative space, so that character is an illustrated glyph and will not appear in a plain setting of the alphabet. Long tail strokes escape from the outer letters and travel well beyond the cap height, which is what gives the headline its poster energy; those sweeps need horizontal space that a centred lockup will not provide. The stars and the tracked subtitle belong to the cover layout. Weight is uniform throughout, so the face stays consistent when printed in one flat colour.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Wicked Ghouls’s stroke geometry.
Heavy blocks read across a room, and the sweeping tails give a two-word headline enough movement to carry a poster on its own.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the headline at 72 pt, let the outer sweeps run into the margin by no more than 10 percent of their length, and keep the event details at 12 pt in a plain face.
Pre-production check
Confirm whether the ghost counter is an alternate glyph, because without it that letter becomes an ordinary round bowl.
Uniform weight and tight spacing make this an easy single-colour cut for a short seasonal message on a glazed shop window at eye height.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Size the decal to 8 inches wide on the pane, weld the sweeps into the word so they do not sit as separate pieces, and keep the message to two words at most.
Pre-production check
The oversize sweeps are the thinnest part of the file, so check them at finished size before cutting the sheet.
A short fat word reads on a narrow strip of card while the sweeping tails use the width the topper already has above the fold.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print the word at 1-inch cap height on a 2-inch strip of 300 gsm card, centre it manually against the fold, and leave 5 mm at each end for the crease and staple.
Pre-production check
At one inch the ghost counter disappears, so do not plan the design around it at that size.
