Bold slanted retro script
Throughout is a bold slanted retro script in sand on deep teal: fat even strokes, a strong forward lean, a capital T drawn with a long crossbar and a g whose descender curls back into a wide turn beneath the word.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The word fills the frame, and the face is a retro script: the T opens with a bar that runs over the first letters, the h and the r are narrow, the o and the u are round, the g drops a descender that turns back under the word in a wide flat loop and the final t closes with a short exit, while the whole line leans forward and the joins are fat enough that the letters touch. The stroke is heavy and even with little contrast, which is what gives the face a sign-painter look rather than a calligraphic one, and the single ink on a dark ground keeps the composition quiet. A tracked caption beneath names the style. Throughout is a display script for signage, covers, packaging and apparel, and it works best in one word at a large size where the descender turn can be seen.

A sign-painter script gives a reception a period voice, and the wide descender turn supplies the decoration a plain board needs.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 600 by 400 mm board: set the greeting at 100 pt on one line, keep 26 mm of clear ground beneath before the names at 24 pt, and hold 24 mm of margin on both sides.
Pre-production check
The descender can collide with the line beneath; print one at the final size and check the clearance before the set.
A heavy retro script reads at cover size, and the single ink on a dark ground keeps the lettering from competing with the contents list.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 230 by 300 mm cover: set the cover word at 92 pt on one line, keep 26 mm of clear ground beneath before the cover lines at 11 pt, and hold 22 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
Fat joins can close at ninety points; print one cover at the finished size and check the counters before the run.
The face is drawn for signage weight, and the thick strokes and flat turn survive a screen print on cotton at chest size.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 260 by 300 mm chest graphic: set the word at 66 pt on one line with the descender turn beneath, keep 10 mm of clearance from the placket, and check the print area on the smallest shirt in the run.
Pre-production check
A wide descender can crowd a placket; print one sample on the real shirt and check placement before the batch.
