Chunky rounded display with a dark outline
Stacked Chunky is a bold rounded display in pink and orange on pink graph paper: fat letters with a dark brown outline and a soft shadow, a bouncy baseline and clipped corners, set as two stacked words with a small line beneath.

Visual anatomy & craft review
Two words are stacked and the face is a chunky display: the stems are thick and rounded, the corners are cut rather than curved at the top of the tall letters, the bowls close into fat ovals, the k kicks out and the y drops a short tail, and the baseline rises and falls so the words look stacked by hand. Each letter carries a dark outline with a soft shadow, which separates it from the graph paper behind, and the two colours split the lines so a short heading and a longer line can sit in one block. The letters nearly touch, so a word reads as a soft brick at a distance. A small line beneath names the product in the same face at a smaller size, and the ground is a pink squared paper. Stacked Chunky is a display face for children's products, party goods, stationery and social graphics, and it needs short words, two lines at most, and a light ground.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Stacked Chunky’s stroke geometry.
A chunky face fills a notebook cover with a name and a subject in two lines, and the dark outline keeps both readable on a busy print.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 148 by 210 mm cover: set the name at 48 pt over two lines, keep 18 mm of clear ground beneath before the subject at 12 pt, and hold 14 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
A bouncy baseline on a cover can look crooked at the edges; proof one cover and check the optical alignment.
A chunky outlined face reads across a room and photographs well on a phone, which is exactly what a party sign is asked to do twice.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A2 board at 420 by 594 mm: set the greeting at 120 pt over two lines, keep 30 mm of clear ground beneath before the time at 24 pt, and hold 24 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
A thick outline can look heavy at board size; print one board and view it from across the room before the run.
A chunky face suits a shop that sells to children, and the outlined letters stay visible on a small sticker or a paper bag.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 by 60 mm bag sticker: set the name at 17 pt over two lines, keep 6 mm of clear ground inside the die, and hold the artwork 4 mm clear of the edge.
Pre-production check
A round die trims the outline on a two-line block; centre the word and cut one sticker before the sheet.
