Paw-print outlined display
Simple Dog is an outlined rounded display in warm browns on a pale ground: light caps drawn as a heavy contour with paw prints overlapping the upper edges and sitting inside the counters, with two solid paw prints beside the second line and a tracked line at the foot.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The word is set in one line above a second line, and the paw prints are placed both on the letters and beside them, which is what makes the face read as a pet product rather than as lettering with a motif. The drawing is a light rounded capital with a heavy contour, so the letters stay open at small sizes and the paws can be dropped for a plain version. That construction sets a moderate size floor, because the smaller paw prints close when the letters shrink, and the plate sets the word large enough that each pad is visible. The brown palette is warm and limited, and the tracked line at the foot names the style. It suits a card, a sign and a garment for a pet business.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Simple Dog’s stroke geometry.
A paw-print display names the trade in the lettering, and the outlined construction keeps a small label legible at 50 mm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 by 70 mm label: the groomer at 12 pt, the service at 7 pt, and the phone at 6 pt. Keep 4 mm inside the die, keep the paws above 2 mm and leave the phone line free of ornament.
Pre-production check
Check the 12 pt name on a small label, where a paw can close; drop the paws below 14 pt. Confirm the 6 pt phone reads at arm's length and that the label survives a damp wipe.
A playful outlined face sets a pet celebration, and the paws give the card its theme without a separate illustration behind the greeting.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A6 card: the greeting at 26 pt, the details at 9 pt, and the date at 8 pt. Keep 14 mm margins, print two colours on a cream card and keep the paws off the fold.
Pre-production check
Check the 26 pt greeting at home-print resolution, where a paw can fill; keep the pads above 1.2 mm. Confirm the 9 pt details keep a 4.5:1 contrast and that the card folds flat.
A rounded outlined face reads as friendly rather than clinical, which is what a pet business needs on a window seen from a car park.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut 700 by 300 mm vinyl: the name at 110 mm cap height, the hours in a 20 mm sans, and a 3 mm contour. Keep 22 mm margins, apply to a clean pane and bridge the counters before weeding.
Pre-production check
Check the cut at 110 mm, where a 3 mm contour can tear; widen it to 5 mm. Confirm the 20 mm hours read at two metres and that the letters pass squeegee cleanly.
