Layered stitched capitals in colour
Senior Teacher is a layered decorative display: fat capitals with a thick white outline and a dashed stitched line inside each letter, each one in a different bright colour, with drawn school objects around them.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Senior runs above Teacher in capitals, and every letter is built from three layers: a solid pastel colour, a heavy white contour and a dashed line that runs just inside the contour like a stitch on an embroidered patch. The letters are wide with small rounded counters, each is a different colour in sequence, and the pair sits on white where four small drawings — an alphabet book, a pencil character, a stack of books and a globe — fill the corners. Two captions above and below are set in a plain letter-spaced sans. The construction is a papercraft and classroom display: the stitched line is the whole idea, so it needs a size where the dashes read as stitches, and it works best printed as stickers or cut as layered card rather than cut as thin vinyl.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Senior Teacher’s stroke geometry.
The stitched patches read as craft material, which is what a classroom display is made from, and the bright colours separate at corridor distance.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 400 by 300 mm sheet: set the class name at 90 pt across two rows, keep 22 mm of clear ground beneath before the teacher name at 18 pt, and hold 20 mm of border on all sides.
Pre-production check
The dashed stitch line disappears on a school printer; print one sheet on the actual machine and check a dash before the set.
The patch letters make a thank-you card look made rather than bought, and the drawn school objects set the subject without a photograph.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 105 by 148 mm card: set the greeting at 30 pt across two rows, keep 14 mm of clear ground beneath before the message at 9.5 pt, and hold 12 mm of margin on all sides.
Pre-production check
Multi-layer letters at card size crowd each other; print one card and check the white contours do not merge before the batch.
A cheerful patch sticker is a reward a child keeps on a pencil case, and the layered construction prints well on a small sticker sheet.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 45 mm round sticker: set the word at 16 pt on one row, keep 5 mm of clear ground between the contour and the rim, and leave 6 mm beneath for the child's name at 6 pt.
Pre-production check
The stitch line closes up at sixteen points; print one sheet at the real size and check a letter before the run.
