Chunky outlined seventies bubble letters in pastel spring colours
Retro Easter is a plump seventies bubble display in which the shapes stay rounded and heavy, an outline holds the pale fill and there are no tiny cut-outs, so a spring word stays simple for a cutting machine.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The R swells a broad bowl over a heavy leg, the E sets three rounded arms, the S turns a thick spine and the letters sit close with soft outer contours and small counters. The missing fragile detail is the character: there are no thin joins to tear, which is why the sample sets a cheerful word for basket decals. Because the shapes are simple, the face cuts cleanly from three quarters of an inch of cap height and prints at any size, though a long phrase still needs air between letters. The pastel eggs, the grass and the small caption are presentation; the outlined bubble letters are the face.

The simple bubbles weed without tearing, and the rounded shapes stay whole at one inch of cap height on a curved basket.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut a 90 mm decal: set the word at one inch of cap height, weld the letters into one path, and apply on the flat front panel rather than around a corner.
Pre-production check
Vinyl applied around a basket corner lifts at the ends; check the placement and keep the decal on one flat face.
The seventies bubble reads across a table, and the pastel fill with a dark outline holds up at 60 mm on a printed board.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A3 board: set the word at 60 mm, keep the outline at 2 mm wide, and keep 22 mm of border all round so the soft contours stay inside the sheet edges.
Pre-production check
An outline printed under 1.5 mm closes when the board is laminated; check the proof and keep the contour at 2 mm.
The cut-friendly shapes make a simple sticker, and the rounded forms stay whole at 28 mm on a round die cut with no narrow joins to tear.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 mm round sticker: set the word at 28 mm, keep 5 mm inside the die so the outline stays complete, and print in two flat inks on white stock.
Pre-production check
A bubble printed to the die edge loses its outline; check the sticker sheet and keep 5 mm of clear margin.
