Retro serif with intertwined loops
Radnick is a heavy retro serif in cream over a photograph of oranges on a tree: thick stems with curled entries, loops that intertwine above and below the word, ball terminals and a wide waist, with a round studio badge at the upper right and two tracked lines beneath.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The word fills the plate and the drawing is a retro display serif with drawn loops: the R and the d carry strokes that curl up and over the neighbouring letters, the ends are balls, and the waist is wide, so the phrase reads as a hand-painted sign. That construction is a display decision, and the plate sets it at a size where the loops are clearly separate from the letters, which is what the background requires because the foliage behind is busy. The round badge at the corner and the two tracked lines beneath are period furniture and product copy, and the pale orange of the fruit repeats the warmth of the lettering. Because the loops need room, the face works best on a wide sheet with a simple ground.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Radnick’s stroke geometry.
A retro serif with drawn loops reads as a hand-painted label, and the thick stems hold on a small pack where a thin script would fill.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 70 by 90 mm label: the brand at 17 pt, the flavour at 8 pt, and the volume at 6 pt. Keep 5 mm inside the die and print two colours on a white stock with a matte finish.
Pre-production check
Check the 17 pt brand on a bottle, where the loops can overcrowd the face; keep the entry above 3 mm. Confirm the 6 pt volume reads on the shelf and that the loops stay inside the die.
A retro face with loops reads as a painted board at market distance, and the heavy weight holds in the sun where a thin face would disappear.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Paint a 900 by 400 mm board: the stall at 100 mm cap height, the flavours at 26 mm, and the prices at 22 mm. Keep 25 mm margins and paint two colours on a light board.
Pre-production check
Check the board at four metres, where the loops can merge with the border; keep 20 mm clear. Confirm the 22 mm prices read at two metres and that the paint survives a season outdoors.
A heavy retro serif gives a party poster period character, and the drawn loops give the title a single graphic gesture without an illustration.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A3 poster: the occasion at 70 mm cap height, the date in a 20 mm retro serif, and the address at 9 mm. Keep 25 mm margins and print two colours on a cream stock.
Pre-production check
Check the poster at four metres, where the loops can read as damage; keep them even and clear. Confirm the 9 mm address reads at arm's length and that the title fits the sheet.
