Tall contrasted serif with curved details
Palmore is a tall retro serif in yellow over a warm photograph: condensed letters with a very high contrast, curved details on the P and the R, and a wide set, with two small capital lines above and below.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The word runs on one line across a photograph of a man in a field, and the face is a tall serif with a strong contrast: the stems are heavy, the joins are hairlines, the letters are condensed so a long word fits one line at a large size, the P closes with a small curl at the bowl, the R carries a leg that swings out and the A has a thin left stroke. The letters are spaced generously, which keeps a condensed word from looking squeezed, and the hairlines are fine enough that the word reads as a rhythm at display size. Two small capital lines sit above and below in the same face at a much smaller size, one greeting and one line about the eighties, and a small credit block sits at the foot. The ground is a warm photograph of a stone house and a metal case. Palmore is a serif for editorial titles, packaging, apparel graphics and posters with a retro tone, and it needs a wide measure and a warm ground.

A tall contrasted serif gives a cover its period without an illustration, and the condensed forms fit a long title on one line.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 230 by 300 mm cover: set the title at 100 pt on one line, keep 28 mm of clear ground beneath before the coverlines at 10 pt, and hold 16 mm of margin at the top and sides.
Pre-production check
Hairlines over a photograph can disappear; proof one cover at the final size and check the thinnest joins.
A tall serif gives a bottle the look of a label printed decades ago, and the heavy stems stay readable on a narrow wrap.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 by 90 mm label: set the brand at 16 pt on one line, keep 6 mm of clear ground beneath before the beer style at 5 pt, and hold 4 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
A high-contrast face on a curved label distorts at the ends; print one on the real bottle and check the joins.
A warm retro serif reads as a sign painted for a field gate, and the condensed letters fit a long farm name on a standard board.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 600 by 400 mm board: set the name at 120 pt on one line, keep 30 mm of clear ground beneath before the hours at 24 pt, and hold 24 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
Yellow on a pale board loses contrast outdoors; print one board and check it in daylight before the run.
