Heavy retro serif with a curled K entry and sweeping terminal swashes
Kleyfo is a heavy retro serif in which the stems carry groovy weight, the K opens a long curled entry, the diagonals stay thick and the terminals sweep into small pointed joins, so a short name reads as a seventies boutique label.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The K lifts a curled entry stroke that travels above the cap line, the y drops a low rounded tail, the bowls stay broad against thick diagonals and the joins finish in small points rather than flat cuts. The curled entry is the character: it puts one flourish on the first letter and leaves the rest solid, which is why the sample sets a single name on a plain teal field. Because the swashes reach outside the letter, the face needs 34 pt in print and clean weeding from three quarters of an inch of cap height; the family carries accented Latin, so a name can keep its diacritics. The teal ground, the portrait and the small credit are presentation.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Kleyfo’s stroke geometry.
The curled entry gives a shop name a period flourish, and the heavy stems stay solid at 30 pt on an 80 mm paper label where a light serif would thin out.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an 80 by 55 mm label: set the shop name at 30 pt, keep 8 mm at the left for the curled K so it does not cross the die, and set the address in a 7 pt caps beneath.
Pre-production check
A swash printed across the label die gets trimmed; check the imposed label and keep the whole curl 6 mm inside the cut.
The sweeping terminals set the period of a feature, and the heavy retro forms hold a two-word headline at 60 pt across a printed spread.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 210 mm spread: set the headline at 60 pt across two lines, set the standfirst at 11 pt in a neutral serif beneath, and keep 14 mm between the headline and the text block.
Pre-production check
A heavy headline with long swashes printed tight over text reads as clutter; check the spread and keep 12 mm of clear ground under the last row.
The retro flourish suits a themed welcome sign, and the broad bowls stay legible at 55 mm at the entrance of a hall in one ink on painted board.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Paint a 500 by 300 mm board: set the couple's names at 55 mm, keep the curled entries clear of the frame by 15 mm, and set the date in a 14 mm caps beneath the names.
Pre-production check
A curl painted against the frame looks clipped; check the mounted sign and keep 15 mm of ground at both ends of every line.
