Outlined serif capitals with fine leafy stems woven through their interiors
Drift fills serif capitals with botanical patterns, so leaves, buds and grasses grow inside the strokes, and sets the word over a deep watercolour field in green, teal and purple.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
DRIFT runs in one line, each letter a different colour family and each interior packed with leaf shapes drawn in a lighter tone. Serifs stay square and the stems heavy, so the letters keep their structure while the pattern fills the space. A tracked caption below names the alphabet and the style, and two file badges sit at the bottom left. The interiors are the design, which means the word needs size to show them and a dark ground to keep the pale leaves visible, and a single-colour print will lose most of what the cover shows.

The leaves inside the letters match a garden setting, and the serif base keeps two names readable under the leaf pattern.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 130 by 180 mm invitation: set the names at 30 pt on one row, keep 20 mm of clear ground beneath before the venue at 9 pt, and keep 16 mm of margin on each side so the pattern stays inside the card.
Pre-production check
Leaf detail closes below 20 pt; check the printed proof before the suite is ordered. Ask the printer for a sample at the finished size.
The botanical fill says what the catalogue sells, and the heavy serifs hold up at the size of a printed catalogue cover.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 210 by 280 mm cover: set the title at 84 pt on one row, keep 22 mm of clear ground beneath before the season at 12 pt, and keep 18 mm of margin from the trim edge on all sides.
Pre-production check
Colour fills use a lot of ink; check a press proof before the catalogue run. Confirm it on a printed sample, not on screen.
One patterned letter reads as a botanical mark on a wrapped bar, and the serif base stays clear at the small label size a soap wrap allows.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 by 85 mm band label: set the brand at 16 pt on one row, keep 8 mm of clear ground beneath before the scent at 6 pt, and keep 5 mm of clear area where the band wraps around the bar.
Pre-production check
Fine leaves smear on uncoated stock; check a printed sample before the batch. Have the printer send a physical sample first.
