Heavy rounded capitals with small triangular spines and pale spot clusters
Dinosaur Nun Sukhwan sets heavy olive block capitals, gives several letters a row of triangular spikes along the top and fills the counters with pale spots, with a heart standing in for the dot of the i.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
DINO over SAUR fills the card on white, the letters wide and flat-topped with small spots scattered through the fills, the D and the S carrying spikes on their upper edges and the i topped with a heart. A jungle tree hangs into the top left and a cartoon dinosaur stands at the right, with two captions and a designer credit under the words. The blocks stay solid, so the spikes and spots read as details rather than as texture, and the face is easy to identify at a distance. Because the marks attach to particular glyphs, a different word shows a different arrangement.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Dinosaur Font’s stroke geometry.
The spikes and the heart carry the theme without a printed character, and the heavy olive blocks read across a room at child height.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 500 by 700 mm board: set the greeting at 80 pt across two rows, keep 26 mm of clear ground beneath before the age at 20 pt, and keep 28 mm of border so no spike is cut at the edge.
Pre-production check
Only some letters carry spikes; check your own word at final size before the board is made.
The block letters open a topic at a glance, and the solid shapes survive a photocopy in a way that thin outlines do not.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 practice sheet: set the header at 34 pt across the top, leave 18 mm of open space under it before the first prompt at 12 pt, and hold 20 mm at the left and right edges.
Pre-production check
Heavy fills use ink on a school copier; check one copy before printing the class set. Request a proof on the actual stock before signing off.
The face signals a children's trail rather than an exhibit label, and the heavy white space around the letters keeps it readable on a low panel.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 450 by 320 mm board: set the trail title at 58 pt across two rows, keep 30 mm of open ground under it before the first step at 15 pt, and hold 24 mm of clear margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
Gloss panels reflect daylight; check the hanging position before choosing a finish. Order one sample before committing to the run.
