Looped script with heart tittles paired with a heavy rounded display
Cutefright Halloween is a duo that pairs a fine looping script, dotted with small hearts, against a very heavy rounded display face whose counters close into narrow slits.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The script half is written at a light even weight: the capital C opens with a wide loop that folds back over the stem, the f rises into a tall loop crossed by a short bar, and the i and the g are topped with small solid hearts instead of dots. The joins stay low, so the word reads as a quick handwritten phrase. The display half is the opposite construction: each letter is a solid rounded slab eight times the script's weight, the counters of the a and the o compress to short vertical slits, and the H and the W keep flat tops and bottoms so a word set in caps fits a strict rectangle. The two halves share a rounded terminal, which is what stops the pairing from feeling like two unrelated fonts. The pink ground and the small rounded badge are presentation; the duo is the two words.

The heavy display line reads from the pavement while the script line carries the playful detail, so one poster does the work of a headline and a caption without a third typeface.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the display line at 110 pt on an A3 poster, set the script line at 44 pt tucked directly above it, and hold 25 mm of margin so the script's loops do not overhang the display block.
Pre-production check
Screen printing a very heavy rounded face closes the narrow counters; check a pull at final size and open the a and the o before the screens are burned.
The duo keeps a small bag from looking crowded: the heavy line does the shouting and the script adds the child's name in a hand that matches the theme.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the greeting in the display style at 34 pt on a 180 by 220 mm bag, set the name in the script at 26 pt beneath, and leave 20 mm at the base so the bag's fold does not cross either line.
Pre-production check
A paper bag creases at the base and the sides; check the artwork against the fold and move the script name up if the loops cross the crease.
Cut from acrylic, the heavy line holds its shape and the script line stays fine, which gives a pair of toppers a deliberate contrast instead of two similar words.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the display word at 60 mm tall on a 150 mm topper, set the script word at 45 mm tall on a second topper, and keep 8 mm of material around the thin script joins.
Pre-production check
Laser cutting a fine looped script under 3 mm thick will burn the joins; check the vector at full size and thicken the entry loop before cutting.
