Visual anatomy & craft review
Bible is a clean rounded brush script in a medium weight, with open circular loops on the b and l shadows and a wide double-bellied B that opens a word generously. The strokes are smooth and evenly weighted, so the face reads at 14 mm on a card and at 60 mm on a sign without a change in character. It is friendlier and rounder than a formal calligraphy, which makes it useful for keepsakes and modern stationery, and it wants a single deep ink on a warm ground rather than a multi-colour treatment.

A rounded brush script reads as a personal sign-off rather than a printed courtesy, which is what a group thank-you needs. Even weight holds at 10 mm on a small tag.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Card 105 x 148 mm, greeting 16 mm, message 7/10 pt, 12 mm margins. Tag 50 x 90 mm, name 9 mm, hole 5 mm clear. Print 210 x 297 mm, greeting 45 mm, 30 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Home-printed cards on 250 gsm curl, and a rounded script shows the curl as a thickened stroke. Print on 300 gsm and check one finished card flat before the run.
Open loops read as a gentle hand, which suits a family milestone like a baptism or a garden dedication. The face holds a short blessing at 14 mm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Card 120 x 170 mm, greeting 20 mm, message 8/12 pt, 14 mm margins. Tag 45 x 80 mm, word 8 mm, hole 5 mm clear. Print 300 x 400 mm, blessing 50 mm, 35 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Keepsake cards are often printed on textured stock, and a rounded script at 8 mm can lose its loop joins. Print one proof on the actual card, and raise the tag word to 10 mm if the joins break.
Rounded brush reads as handwriting kept for the day, which suits a vow book rather than an engraved invitation. The generous B gives a name an open start.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Vow book 110 x 160 mm, cover 24 mm, 20 mm margins. Place card 90 x 50 mm, name 9 mm on a 5 mm baseline, table 4 mm opposite. Label 60 x 40 mm, names 8 mm, 4 mm die margin and 3 mm from the trim.
Pre-production check
A place card at 9 mm on coated stock holds, but on textured stock the loops fill. Check one card on the intended stock, and set names in a companion serif if the script closes.
