Reyrey Blue writes Halloween display and decorative sans. Monster Halloween is playful rather than grim, Demise is bleaker, and the five releases cover seasonal decor and themed apparel.

Seasonal display faces are used once a year. Check the licence terms before printing a market run of shirts.
Cute dripping seasonal display
Monster Halloween is a cute dripping display in black and cream on orange: fat rounded letters with long drips hanging from the baseline, uneven heights and a bouncing baseline, with a bat and a ghost drawn in the same weight, so the plate reads as a friendly seasonal card.

Light high-contrast mixed case with a pointed l top and a long diagonal y descender
Cailyne sets a high-contrast serif in pink over a dark photograph, its stems heavy, its hairlines fine and its capitals wide, with an italic cut that slants far enough to read as a second voice.
Black-metal jagged logo display
Vladmere is a black-metal logo face in lime green on black: letters built from thin jagged blades that lean and intersect, a mirrored grey copy behind the word, and a barcode-style badge at the foot that gives the specimen the look of a record sleeve.
