Looped script with a deep returning tail
Wedding is a looped script in black over a pale photograph: wide bowls, tall capitals with full loops, and a tail from the final letter that drops into a deep loop beneath the word before lifting.

Visual anatomy & craft review
Wedding fills the card in one word, and the script is drawn with generous rounded letterforms: the W opens with a wide double loop, the e and the d are broad, the i is dotted and the n and the g carry full loops, and the final g drops into a long tail that swings underneath the whole word and turns back up. The stroke is an even monoline with a slight taper at the exits, and the joins are slack enough that the word reads as written rather than constructed. The ground is a pale photograph of clasped hands, which keeps the card quiet, and two tracked captions at the top and foot name the style. The face is a formal script for wedding stationery, menus and signage: the deep tail needs clear space below the baseline, and the wide bowls stay readable at sizes where thinner scripts disappear.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Wedding’s stroke geometry.
The deep returning tail gives a couple's names a drawn underline, and the wide bowls keep the script readable at a card size where thin calligraphy fails.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 130 by 180 mm invitation: set the names at 28 pt on one row, keep 22 mm of clear ground beneath so the tail clears the venue at 9 pt, and hold 18 mm of margin.
Pre-production check
The tail can cross the detail line; print one invitation at the finished size and check the clearance before the suite.
A looped script with a deep tail is a warm one-word card, and the single word carries the whole message without a second element.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 120 by 120 mm square card: set the word at 40 pt on one row, keep 18 mm of clear ground beneath before the message, and hold 14 mm of margin on all sides.
Pre-production check
A deep tail on a small square card leaves little room; print one at the finished size and check the balance before the batch.
The script fits a menu cover where the heading sits above the courses, and the tail gives the fold a natural bottom edge.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 130 by 210 mm menu: set the heading at 26 pt on one row, keep 20 mm of clear ground beneath before the courses at 9 pt, and hold 14 mm of margin on both sides.
Pre-production check
A long tail over a tall format can overrun the measure; print one menu at the finished size and check both ends before the set.
