Santa-dressed colour display
Santa Cute is a festive colour display on a peach ground: block capitals each dressed as a Santa figure with a hat and beard at the top and boots and a belt at the foot, with a black belt and gold buckle across the middle, a string of lights hanging between the letters and plain lines above and beneath.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The plate shows the whole idea at a size where each costume detail reads: the hat and beard at the top of every letter, the belt across the middle, the boots at the bottom and a light string threaded between the letters. Because the costume is fixed, the letters are much smaller than the block they occupy, which sets a large size floor, and the plate is honest about this by setting one word across the sheet. The peach ground is staging that keeps the red warm. The plain lines above and beneath are product copy that name the face and the included formats. It suits a card, a tag and a shirt, and it is a device for a short word rather than a face for a line of text.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Santa Cute’s stroke geometry.
A Santa-dressed display makes a greeting read as a costume, and the belt and hat give a short word a built-in illustration.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A6 card: the greeting at 30 pt in the dressed cut, the message in a 10 pt sans, and the date at 9 pt. Keep 15 mm margins and print four colours on a white card.
Pre-production check
Check the 30 pt greeting at home-print resolution, where the light string can disappear; keep it above 1.2 mm. Confirm the 10 pt message keeps a 4.5:1 contrast and that the card folds flat.
A Santa display prints as seasonal kit, and the costume reads on a dark shirt where a thin script would not. The costume sells the season.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 240 mm chest graphic: the greeting at 50 mm cap height, the stall name at 24 mm, and four inks on a dark shirt. Keep the smallest detail at 4 mm and place the graphic 80 mm below the collar.
Pre-production check
Check the screen at actual mesh, where a 4 mm light bulb can fill; enlarge it. Wash-test one shirt and confirm the belt and buckle stay aligned after five cycles.
A Santa face finishes a wrapped gift, and the costume carries the occasion on a small die without an extra image. The costume carries it.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print 45 by 70 mm tags: the name at 11 pt, the year at 7.5 pt, and four colours on a white card. Keep 5 mm inside the die and punch the hole clear of the hat.
Pre-production check
Check the 11 pt name on a tag, where the costume crowds the die; keep 6 mm clearance. Confirm the year reads at arm's length and that the tags tie cleanly.
