Wide looping monoline retro script
Rivaldy is a wide looping monoline retro script in cream over a vintage car photograph: a tall capital R drawn as a double loop, a light even stroke, and a descender that sweeps beneath the word and returns to the right margin.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The name fills the frame, and the face is a retro monoline script: the R opens with two loops that cross, the i and the v are narrow, the a and the l are round and the d and the y drop into loops that travel under the word before curling back up, so a seven-letter name occupies a full line with almost no visible breaks. The stroke is even and light, the slant is forward and the letters connect in a smooth rhythm, which is what gives the face a sixties sign-painter feel rather than a wedding one. The ground is a photograph of an old car under trees, and a small tracked line at the lower left names the face as a monoline script. Rivaldy is a script for signage, packaging and covers with a vintage feel, and it needs a wide measure and generous margins for the sweeps.

A monoline retro script reads as a sign painted in an earlier decade, and the long sweeps give a plain board the width of a designed panel.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 600 by 400 mm board: set the greeting at 96 pt on one line, keep 24 mm of clear ground beneath before the names at 22 pt, and hold 30 mm of margin on both sides for the sweeps.
Pre-production check
A sweep can run past the board edge; print one at the final size and check both extremes before the set.
A retro script gives an annual a period cover that a neutral sans cannot, and the monoline weight holds over a photograph without an outline.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 230 by 300 mm cover: set the cover word at 88 pt on one line, keep 26 mm of clear ground beneath before the cover lines at 11 pt, and hold 30 mm of margin on both sides.
Pre-production check
A light stroke over a bright image loses contrast; print one cover and check the letters separate before the run.
A retro script suits a small roaster with a vintage voice, and the even stroke keeps the name readable at a moderate label size.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 by 90 mm label: set the roaster at 16 pt on one line, keep 6 mm of clear ground beneath before the roast note at 5.5 pt, and hold 6 mm of margin on both sides for the sweep.
Pre-production check
The return sweep can wrap past a small label; print one on the real stock and check both ends before the order.
