Heavy slanted swash serif
Queli Ledia is a heavy slanted serif in white on a dark weathered wall: fat stems with curled terminals, ball ends on the tails, a long low sweep that runs under the second word, and a small line beneath naming the style.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The two words are stacked and the drawing is a slanted serif whose flourishes are heavy and structural: the ball terminals end the tails, the sweep leaves the last letter and runs beneath the word, and the whole block leans, which gives it the look of a painted sign rather than a printed book face. The white on a dark, textured wall is a contrast test and the face passes because the stems are thick, which is the honest demonstration the plate provides. The small line beneath names the product in a plain face at a fraction of the size. Because the flourishes need room, the face works at display sizes with generous margins, and the specimen keeps two short words so the sweep has somewhere to go.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Queli Ledia’s stroke geometry.
A slanted swash serif reads as a painted sign, and the thick stems and ball terminals hold at fascia size where a thin script would break up.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Paint a 1,200 by 400 mm fascia: the bar at 130 mm cap height, the line beneath in a 22 mm sans, and a 4 mm rule. Keep 30 mm margins and paint two colours on a dark board.
Pre-production check
Check the fascia at six metres, where the low sweep can merge with the letter above; keep 10 mm clear. Confirm the 22 mm line reads at three metres and that the ball ends stay round.
A heavy swash serif gives a welcome board a dramatic line, and the thick strokes read from the doorway where a thin script would not.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A1 board: the greeting at 100 mm cap height, the names at 60 mm, and the date at 24 mm. Keep 40 mm margins so the sweep has room and paint one colour on a dark panel.
Pre-production check
Check the board at five metres, where the sweep can touch the border; keep 30 mm clear. Confirm the 24 mm date reads from the door and that the paint holds in an evening temperature.
A dramatic serif marks an occasion with weight, and the white on a dark card reads as a screen print even when it comes off a home printer.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A5 card: the greeting at 30 pt, the details at 9 pt, and the date at 9 pt caps. Keep 20 mm margins, print one ink on a deep card, and keep the sweep inside the frame.
Pre-production check
Check the 30 pt greeting at home-print resolution, where a thin join can break; keep the joins above 0.4 mm. Confirm the 9 pt details keep a 4.5:1 contrast and that the sweep clears the trim.
