Contrasting serif with a circular initial swash and diamond-shaped counters
Heksilo is a modern serif in which a long circular entry wraps the first capital, the inner counters pinch into diamonds and the stems keep a fine contrast, so a short name reads as a fashion lookbook title.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The H receives a loop that circles its left side, the e carries a thin diagonal inside its bowl, the o closes around a narrow diamond and the upper terminals hook slightly where a flat cut would sit. The diamond counter is the character: it turns the round letters into cut gems, which is why the sample sets one word on folded fabric. Because the swash reaches outside the letter, a line needs 14 mm of clearance at the left and the face wants 26 pt before the fine inner stroke prints. The pale fabric, the fold shadow and the small caption are presentation; the black serif word is the face.

The circular entry gives a label its flourish, and the fine serif holds a long brand name at 40 pt on a printed cover with open tracking.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 lookbook: set the name at 40 pt across the upper third, keep 18 mm at the left for the entry loop, and set the season line at 9 pt in a light sans at the foot.
Pre-production check
An entry loop printed into the gutter is lost at binding; check the imposed cover and keep 18 mm of clear ground from the spine.
The diamond counters suit a formal suite, and the swash initial sets the couple's mark apart at 30 pt on heavy card stock.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 130 by 180 mm card: set the monogram at 30 pt at the head, set the names at 18 pt in capitals beneath, and keep 16 mm of clear space so the loop does not touch the names.
Pre-production check
A swash initial set close to small capitals crowds the first letter; check the proof and open the gap by 5 mm.
The fine contrast sets a luxury tone, and the diamond counters read at 48 pt across a printed spread over a photographic ground.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 210 mm spread: set the title at 48 pt on the calm band of the photograph, set the standfirst at 11 pt in a serif beneath, and keep 16 mm of air between them.
Pre-production check
Fine inner strokes printed over a highlight disappear; check the spread and place the title on a mid tone band.
