Rounded bubble capitals drawn with an offset outline on every stroke
Christmas Note is a rounded bubble capital alphabet in which every stroke carries a second contour, so the word reads as a sticker cut from card and laid on the page rather than as plain lettering.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The C curls a fat crescent, the H sets two even stems with a light bar, the R opens a wide bowl on a straight leg, the I stays a single rounded bar and the S holds a shallow spine, all at a bubble weight with fully round terminals and one offset outline following the outer edge. The double line is what makes the face read as a sticker: the inner shape is the letter and the outer contour is the margin the blade needs. Because the contour is drawn, the face works at small sizes where a real die-cut border would collapse. Above 80 pt the outline starts to look thin against the fat stroke and needs thickening. The chalkboard, the hand holding a chalk stub, the small gold rules and the words above and below are presentation; the outlined capitals are the face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Chritsmas Note’s stroke geometry.
The drawn outline replaces a hand-cut margin, so a sheet of short greetings prints evenly at 20 mm without any die work at all.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 sheet: repeat the word at 20 mm in a grid of four by five, keep 6 mm between motifs, and cut square around each with 3 mm of white so the contour stays whole.
Pre-production check
A square cut through the printed contour breaks the sticker edge; check the sheet and cut outside the outer line by 3 mm.
The double contour gives a cutting file a built-in margin, and the fat rounded strokes stay rigid at 45 mm in cast acrylic on a cake.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut a 140 mm topper: set the word at 45 mm, trace the outer contour as the cut path, keep 6 mm of material on every stroke, and add a 20 mm stem under the middle letter.
Pre-production check
An outer contour with a notch under a thin gap will snap in acrylic; check the path and fill the gap between the letters before cutting.
The outlined bubble letters read from across a counter, and the contour lets a chalk marker follow one line instead of filling a shape at 40 mm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Draw on a 400 by 600 mm board: sketch the word at 40 mm from a printed template, outline the outer contour first and fill the inner stroke second, and keep 50 mm of clear board underneath for the prices.
Pre-production check
Filling a bubble letter with chalk shows every stroke back and forth; check the board under raking light and use the outline alone if the fill looks uneven.
