Heavy rounded all-cap display shapes with tight fits and wobbly contours
Brave Treat is a heavy all-cap display alphabet in which the letters touch and sometimes overlap, with rounded contours and a slight wobble that keeps the shapes from looking geometric.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Every letter is fat and short: the B closes two squat bowls, the R carries a soft leg, the A keeps a wide low bar and the E holds three short arms, and the letters are set tight enough that the stacked words read as one solid block. The contours are rounded but not regular: edges swell and dip slightly, which is what keeps the face from reading as a plain bold sans at poster size. A ligature treatment joins some pairs, so a designer needs to check the spacing before assuming standard letterfit. Weight is maximal and even, corners are soft and counters are small and round. The cream ground, the pink ink and the two small star-and-caption lines are presentation; the typeface is the two words.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Brave Treat’s stroke geometry.
The chunky rounded caps suit a playful food brand and read at 12 pt on a small label where a lighter display face would disappear.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the brand at 14 pt on a 55 by 75 mm label, keep the flavour in a 6 pt sans, and leave 5 mm of margin so the touching letters do not run into the label edge.
Pre-production check
A tight display fit closes its counters at small sizes; print one label on the real stock and open the fit if the B and A begin to fill.
The heavy block letters fill a banner with only a few characters and read at a distance, which is what a party backdrop behind a table needs.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the greeting at 85 mm on a 1.2 m fabric banner, set the name at 55 mm beneath it, and leave 30 mm at each end so the widest letters stay inside the hem.
Pre-production check
Fabric printing spreads a heavy shape further; check a proof at final size and confirm the counters are still open before the run.
The friendly weight works at sticker size and the rounded contours die-cut cleanly, which keeps a small pack looking finished.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the product at 12 pt on a 45 mm round sticker, keep the weight or size in a 5 pt sans, and leave 4 mm inside the die so the soft corners stay whole.
Pre-production check
A ligature can break across a die cut; check the artwork against the die and avoid a joined pair near the cut line.
